Phyllis Jean Day, age 95, was born in Dayton OH on March 23 1927. Her fond memories of her parents and two brothers described a childhood full of happiness despite the difficult period of history that she grew up in.
She was a loving Mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother.
In her career she worked as a tax examiner for the IRS. When she retired she devoted her time to family, friends, and her church.
Her family will remember her as an amazing matriarch that filled their lives with love and kindness.
A graveside memorial service for Phyllis will be held Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Floral Hills Memory Gardens, 3000 Lawrenceville Highway, Tucker, GA 30084.
