Bob was my idol when I became an agent. He was in my district and we all met once a month. Bob was always a positive friend and willing to help any way he could.

His laugh was contagious as he was always up for a good joke and kept our meeting entertaining.

I finally attained my goal of being like him, having a great staff and an agency full of satisfied customers. Attention to detail and hiring the right people. was his advice.

I would talk to Bob from time to time after his retirement and relive old memories.

I was blessed to have him in my life.

A true country gentleman.
