

Alice Pearl Crawford, affectionately known as "Baby” to her siblings, passed away peacefully at the age of 90 on June 17, 2025, in Tucson, Arizona. Alice, the youngest of Thomas and Pearl Scott’s eight children, was born in Pawnee, Oklahoma on June 13, 1935.
Alice married Dean Kloefkorn in 1959 and together they welcomed three children. Although their paths parted in 1983, Alice found happiness again in her marriage to Herbert Crawford in 1987.
Alice lived a rich and fulfilling life and always prioritized time spent with loved ones. She was a compassionate and resilient woman with unwavering faith who touched the lives of all who knew her with her loving nature, kindness, wit, and unyielding strength. Her creative passions, especially painting, brought joy to those she gifted with her handmade treasures.
Alice dedicated her life to God, her family, and her community. She was a devoted member of Proctor First Baptist Church and made significant contributions to the church and beyond, creating lifelong friendships in the process.
Alice was preceded in death by husband Herbert Crawford, daughter Leta Kay Kloefkorn, parents Thomas and Pearl Scott, and siblings Jessie Kaiser, Jennie Mae Leatham, Lenora “Pete” Keliiaa, Charles Scott, Sam Scott, Curtis Scott, Owen Scott, and Georgia Kent. She leaves behind her children Kim (Gary) Branges and Scott (Predencia) Kloefkorn, grandchildren Dustin (Alana) Branges and Alyssa (Alex Roman) Kloefkorn, great grandsons Alessandro Roman and Easton Branges, and many extended family members and friends. She will be profoundly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.
A memorial service and interment will be held at East Lawn Palms Mortuary and Cemetery, 5801 E Grant Road, Tucson, Arizona on July 3, 2025 at 9:30 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Proctor First Baptist Church, PO Box 245, Proctor, Oklahoma 74457.
