

Ben, affectionately known by those close to him, was a beacon of love, humor, and understanding. His Innate ability to brighten the lives of those he encountered was unmatched.He lived a life marked by devotion to his family, a passion for his interests, and a career that spoke to his hands-on abilities.
Benjamin was a pillar of strength and joy in his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Elizabeth Ruth Patz; his sons, Caleb Joseph Patz, 19, and Connor Allen Patz, 17.
Benjamin is also survived by his mother, Ok Cha Patz; brothers, Kyong and Michael Patz; sister-in-law, Veronica McHale; and father-in-law, Joseph McHale, along with many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Theodore Francis Patz.
Benjamin served briefly but proudly in the United States Army, dedicating 1 and a half years to military service, a period that Imbued him with a profound sense of discipline, courage and community.
After his service, he embarked on a diverse career path, His professional life was marked by versatility and dedication working as a pharmacist technician, driver, and grease monkey, before finally settling as a beloved auto mechanic at Performance Complete Auto Care. His work ethic and versatility were admired by all who knew him.
Beyond his professional and military life, Ben had a profound passion for cars and firearms, hobbies that he pursued with zeal. Ben's hobbies and interests reflected his caring and adventurous spirit. More importantly, his greatest joy was his family and friends, whom he cherished deeply.
Known for his loving, understanding, and humorous nature, Benjamin was described by those who knew him as the best person they had ever known. He was a wonderful husband, father, brother, and son, always ready to extend a helping hand to anyone in need. His love for helping others was evident in every aspect of his life. He spent countless hours ensuring the well-being of his family and friends, always striving to take care of everyone as best as he could.
Ben will be remembered for the profound impact he had on the lives of those around him. His legacy of kindness, humor, and generosity will live on through his family and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
He is now at peace and pain free.
Gone but he will never be forgotten.
