Celia was born in Nogales Sonora, Mexico to Pedro and Guadalupe Valencia on January 25, 1941. Celia is preceded in death by her parents, Pedro and Guadalupe; two brothers Jose Luis and Manuel.
Her spirit is carried on by her four children Jose Alberto, Monica, Laura and Celia Yvonne; five grandchildren Dionae, Nicholas, Estephan, Savannah and Aiden; two great grand children Damian and Jaia; two sisters Hilda and Esperanza.
We will remember her smile, her warmth, her energy, her love for life, family and friends. She made a difference in the lives of many. Long live the beauty that comes down and through and onto all of us.
