

Charles “Chip” Fouquet Jr. passed away on January 17, 2025. He was born on April 6, 1943, in East Orange, NJ and grew up in Mount Tabor, NJ.
Chip served in the US Air Force from 1964 to 1968. He finished his tour of duty at Davis Monthan AFB in Tucson and then attended the University of Arizona receiving a Bachelor of Science degree.
He returned to NJ and spent many years working in Title Insurance before heading back to Tucson and the Arizona desert he had fallen in love with so many years earlier. He got his Real Estate Brokers License and specialized in undeveloped land sales, an area which suited him well with his love of being outdoors and his knowledge of the desert.
Chip resided in Tucson for the last 34 years of his life. He loved traveling, hunting, tracking, hiking, gardening and bicycling.
Chip was predeceased by his parents Charles William Fouquet Sr. and Gilberta Blanche Nelson Fouquet. He is survived by Karen ‘Diebold’ Fouquet, his son Troy Fouquet, grandson Conner Zubrycki and his sister Jyl ‘Fouquet’ Marsnick and her husband Glenn Marsnick. His brother-in-law and sister-in-law Dave and Virg Diebold. Chip is also survived by five nieces, two great nieces, four great nephews, and his beloved dogs and best friends Tripp and Ike.
