Charles Lipscomb lost his long battle with COVID-19 March 9, 2021. He was born June 15, 1945 to Harold and Velma Lipscomb. He was preceded in death by his brothers George, John, Virgil and sister Pauline as well as his daughter Sheila. He is survived by his children Michael, Beverly, Christopher and Tanya; his 9 grandchildren and his many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
There will be a celebration life at a future date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Disabled Veterans in his memory.
