Eric K Hansen: Son, Brother, Uncle and Great Uncle. Eric was born October 14, 1964 in Tucson Arizona to LT Col(ret) Merlin Hansen and Marilyn Hansen. He died April 19, 2025 at age 60 from complications of Diabetes. He graduated from Rincon High School and his employment years were spent at United Airlines and the City of Tucson. Eric loved to travel using his United Airlines miles and loved planes. As a young boy, his dad used to take him out to TIA and watch planes take-off and land. He has an awesome collection of large model Boeing aircraft. He is survived by sister Mary Jo McLaughlin (Alex), and brothers Curt Hansen (Connie) and Jon Hansen (Christina). He was an uncle to Tait Hansen (Melanie), Melanie Aguiar, Erica Blue (Brandon) and Mary Elizabeth Carr ( A.J.). He was a great uncle to Jake and Luke Hansen, Kayleigh and Gabe Aguiar, Kyle Cuningham and Leah Blue and Caleb and Abby Carr. A sister, Kari Marie Hansen preceded his death in 1960.
