Floyd Robinson Jr.

Floyd (Butch) Robinson Jr. was born in Chicago IL, on August 16, 1956 to Floyd Robinson Sr., and Malissie Robinson. He is preceded in death by his parents, his son Antonio B. Foster, sisters Ora Lee Hickerson and Lula (Toy) Adams.

Floyd went to be with our Lord on November 3, 2016. Floyd graduated from Manny High School in 1978, Chicago Police Department on March 23, 1979, Illinois Academy of Business and Public Security on November 18, 1986. He was also employed by the Waukegan Police Department until his retirement in 1994.

In 1998, He relocated to Tucson AZ. Floyd was employed with the Arizona Boys Ranch, the Tucson Unified School District and the Tucson Airport Authority. He was an active board member of the Beau Brummel Club until his passing. He was also part of the True Devotion Motown Review for 14 years. Floyd leaves to cherish his memories his son Michael A McKnight, Fiancé Kathlene Thornton, siblings Verniece Williams Chicago IL. Dorothy J. Gray Waukegan IL. Jeanette Norwood South Holland, IL. Annette (Anthony) Oglesby Waukegan IL. And Gwendolyn Emory of Jacksonville FL. Grandchildren Aaron Hurt, Savannah Foster, Savion Covington, Saige Foster and Nathanyel McKnight, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of loving friends.
