Francisco Santa Maria Vega 92, born December 17, 1927, in Douglas, Arizona, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2020. A Loving Father, Brother, Cousin, Uncle and Friend. Preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Juanita Vega; siblings, Dolores Mejia, Teofila Quiroz, Josefina Quihuis. He is survived by the mother of his children, Aurelia Vega; his children, Jose R. Vega, Richard Vega, Ruperto Vega, Robert Vega, and Edie Vega Romero (Gilbert); brothers Guillermo Vega, Ramon Vega; sister Maria Romero; 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren. He was a kind, loving man and will be missed. He is now Resting in Peace with our Loving Lord in heaven.
A visitation for Francisco will be held Tuesday, October 13, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Desert Rose Heather Cremation & Burial, 1040 North Columbus Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85711. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Holy Hope Cemetery, 3555 N. Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705.
