George was born February 22, 1933 in Alamo, TN and passed away February 12, 2022 in Tucson, Az.
He is survived by his wife Audrey of 65 years who he adored, his sister Johnnie Bell, his daughters, Kim Schmieder, Kelly Lingham, Keri Wiley and his son Rodney Turner, 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and many much loved nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Eunice Turner, 6 brothers and 1 grandchild.
He will be remembered as a wonderful husband, an amazing father, grandfather and great grandfather. His humor, love of family and friends, and his talents in woodworking will be remembered by all. We love and miss you dearly, thank you for all the wonderful memories.
