Gilbert Nathan Valenzuela

Gilbert Nathan Valenzuela, 32, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on December 31, 2025, in his home after a long battle of health issues.

Gilbert was born November 12, 1993 in Tucson, Arizona where he remained throughout his life. He loved and was loved by his spouse and three children. He loved nature and being outdoors. Gilbert was a very talented musician, learning and mastering several instruments including guitar and piano. He held his faith and beliefs close to his heart. He and his family were members of Tucson Tabernacle where they faithfully attended every Sunday in person or online.

Gilbert Nathan Valenzuela is survived by his spouse, Stephanie Contreras Valenzuela, children Sarah Nicole Valenzuela, Nathan Grayson Valenzuela, Emiliyah Isabella Valenzuela; Father Gilbert Valenzuela, Mother Esther Alcantar and brother Jared Elijah Valenzuela. He is also survived by his many uncles, aunts and cousins, whom he cherished.

Gilbert’s funeral service will be held at South Lawn Cemetery located at 5401 S. Park Ave. Tucson, AZ 85706 with service beginning at 11:00 am and burial immediately following. The family will hold a reception following the service and burial located at South Lawn’s reception hall.
