Gordon William Stewart, passed Feb 19, 2025 in Tucson, AZ. at the age of 88. Born Feb 12,1937 in Salt Lake City, Utah, Gordon moved to Arizona when he was 5 years old. Gordon was an Educator and Coach in Duncan, Thatcher, Mohave and Kingman High Schools over many years. Retiring in Kingman his years were spent traveling the world and following his grandchildren and great grandchildren’s school and sports activities. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served in many church callings including Humanitarian Missionary in Vladivostok Russia and also as a Family History Library genealogy consultant in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn (Trent) and children: Sandra Stewart, Theone Williams, Cindee Stewart (Mark Tresner,) Mickey Stewart (Cheryl) Laddie Stewart (Lorie) and Gordon Stewart (Thi). He loved his 24 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren He was preceded in death by his daughter Gloree Bea Stewart in 1978 and three grandsons. Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. on March 29, 2025 at the Casa Adobe Ward, 939 W Chapala Dr. Tucson. Graveside Dedication memorial will be in Kingman, AZ April 5, 2025. at noon
