Grizelda Isabel Ortiz, "Chela" 49, Passed away Peacefully on Monday November 27th, 2017. She was born on November 17th 1968 to Maria Garner and Jorge Calzadillas Sr. She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Victor Ortiz, two beautiful daughters, Pamela Ortiz (27) and Penelope Ortiz (14) Siblings Dina (Pablo) Mejia, Jorge (Anita) Calzadillas Jr., Norma (Robert) Zimmerman: numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Rosario and Rebecca Duarte and her paternal grandmother Felicitas Calzadillas. Chela was deeply devoted to her family and Church, La Iglesia de Jesus Cristo de los Santos de los Ultimos Dias, who were the most important part of her life. Chela was one of the kindest souls you could ever meet. She opened her heart and home to any person or animal in need. She was caring and beautiful person inside and out. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.,

God saw you getting tired,

When a cure was not to be.

So He wrapped his arms around you,

and whispered, "come to me."

You didn't deserve what you went through,

So He gave you rest.

God's garden must be beautiful,

He only takes the best

And when I saw you sleeping,

So peaceful and free from pain
