Helen Irene Burnett

after a long struggle with serious health problems.

Helen was preceded in death by her mother,

Mildred Hargis; father, Elvie Hargis, and all of her siblings,

Vera Spillman, Elba Ilene Hargis, Stella Trader,

James Hargis, Dean Hargis, Mildred May Burnett,

Darlene Montgomery, and her grandson, Anthony Douglas Argraves.

She is survived by the love of her life,

her husband of 64 years. Robert W. Burnett, Sr.; daughter, Ruth Argraves (Ed);

son, Robert W. Burnett, Jr. (Becky), and grandchildren,

Edward Argraves, Jr., Christian Argraves (Fatima), Eric Argraves,

Arron Michael Burnett, Mathew Burnett, Jonathan

Burnett (Amy), Tiffany Boff (Angelo) and ten great-grandchildren.

Helen was born in Illinois, she moved to

Tucson in 1962 with her family because of her daughter's health and has lived

her ever since. She worked at all three

Ben Franklins until her health required her to retire. Her love of the Lord and

children led her to teaching Sunday School for

many, many years here in Tucson at Catalina Heights Baptist Church

and then at Tucson Baptist Temple.

Services will be held Thursday November 13, 2014

at FUNERARIA DEL ANGEL SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY

family and friends are welcome

to the Viewing from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Services will start at 12:30 p.m.

with graveside following
