Helen Louise Fleming 86, born September 17, 1927 in Wright City, OK passed away with family by her side Sunday, January 5, 2014 in Tucson, Arizona. Jay, Helen, and daughter, Linda started Jay's Indian Arts in Tucson and Flagstaff in 1974. Helen and Jay retired in Flagstaff in 2007. Survived by her husband of almost 68 years, J.W. "Jay"; one sister, Bonnie Snow (Pat) of Flagstaff, AZ; two brothers, Marvin Taylor of OK and John Taylor (Sue) of MO; three children, Charles Fleming (Sheilah) of Paulden, AZ, Linda Pennington (Jack) of Tucson, Arizona and Barbara Austen of Tucson, AZ; ten grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. All Services are at EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY, 5801 E. Grant Road in Tucson. A Viewing is 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 10, 2014 and a short Viewing will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. with a Service to follow at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the National Heart Association.
