Helen Maxine Kennedy (Christie) was born on December 26th, 1927 in Welling Cherokee County, Oklahoma to Amos Christie and Elsie Mae Sweet. Helen passed away in Tucson, AZ on June 20th 2013. She is preceded in death by her sister, Nell Kemp; brother, Martin Christie and son, Michael Blevins. She is survived by her husband, Tom Kennedy of Tucson; brother, Bill Christie of Oklahoma, sister, Betty Ann Wood (Rhame) of Oklahoma and sons, Fred (Marilyn) of Arizona; Wayne (Gloria) of Oklahoma; Dale of Oklahoma; Randy (Roberta) of Tucson, and grandchildren Michael (Mindy) of Tucson; Chris (Nancy) of Tucson; Ryan of Tucson; Kristie of Oklahoma; Eric of Oklahoma; Jennifer of Oklahoma; Bret of
Oklahoma; Jerry of Oklahoma; Missy of Tucson; and Kendra of Tucson and numerous great grandchildren. A funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 26th at 10:00am at East Lawn Palms Mortuary, with an entombment to follow.
