He is proceeded in death by his wife Alice, parents, sisters Ramona (Jack)Lee, Janice (Gordan) Masters, Fae (Pee-wee)Hilyard and Kay Henning. He is survived by son Irvin J. Negaard iii and daughter-in-law Heather Negaard, Two daughters Justine A.Negaard and Christine E.Negaard. Irvin has 9 grand children and 5 great-grandchildren . He will be laid to rest next to his wife at East lawn Palms mortuary and cemetery 5801 E. Grant Rd., Tucson, AZ 85712 on February 27, 2026 at 3 PM with a graveside service with military honors with a celebration to follow at his home.
