Jesse T. Flores Jr. passed away at home on January 16, 2026, at the age of 77. Born January 1, 1949, he was raised in Tucson, Arizona, attended Tucson High School and Pima Community College. Jesse proudly served his country as a United Stated Marine during the Vietnam era. After his service, he married and built a life with his childhood sweetheart. He was dedicated to a career as a skilled heavy-duty equipment mechanic and served as foreman for Erv’s Equipment Rental for 37 years. Following his retirement, he discovered that he wasn’t ready to slow down and took a job at his neighborhood Ace Hardware where he made many new friends and continued to do what he loved. He was known for his practical skill problem-solving mindset, and willingness to help with any project. Jesse was a devoted family man and loyal friend.
Jesse will be remembered by his loving wife and soulmate Carmen of 55 years; Son Rudy and his children Isabella, Pedro, Daniella and Gabriella; Daughter Sandra and her son Andrew; Son Michael and partner Hillary.
His calm resilience, strong work ethic, talent for whistling any melody, a smile that brightened every room will forever be in our thoughts.
