Joan L Jobst

Joan was born in Kingston, NY on January 23, 1944, the daughter of the late Madeline and George Ehrbar. She was raised in Esopus, NY and graduated from New Paltz High School, New Paltz, NY.

Joan had a rewarding accounting career in New York that included The Capri 400 and Rondout Manufacturing. In 1995 Joan moved to Arizona, with her husband John to start a new business. Then proceeded to thrive in a Real Estate career. She was an intricate part of all organizations she was involved in.

She lived a full life enjoying her family and friends, playing golf, running, skiing, going to the ocean and doing puzzles.

Joan was a loving, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her husband John Jobst of 59 years, her daughters Robin Jobst, JoAnn McCormack, and SusAnn Jobst, niece Tara Wollard, her grandchildren Nicole Hong-Meade, Patricia Minns, TeJai Wallace and Justin Benge, great grandchildren Ella, Eva, Xavier and Liam. Joan is predeceased by her sister Ann Ehrbar and brother George Ehrbar.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St Francis De Sales, 1375 South Camino Seco, Tucson AZ, on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 10:00am. The Internment will immediately follow at All Faith Cemeteries, 2151 South Avenida Los Reyes, Tucson, AZ.
