Lewis O. Hart left us on Saturday evening, November 21, 2015 surrounded by loved ones. He was preceded in death by his first wife of 34 years Judy Hart, with whom he had 5 surviving children; and his second wife Opal Ward Tracy Hart of whom he was married to for 21 years and had 3 surviving step children. He is survived by his 5 children, 3 step children and many, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and even great-great grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all!
Services will be held Friday, November 27, 2015 at 11:00 am at: East Lawn Palms Mortuary & Cemetery
5801 East Grant Rd. Tucson, AZ 85712
There will be a celebration of life after the services at his daughter's house. Directions will be available at the services.
