Lucy Rose Lee

Beloved wife of William Lee. Survived by her Son, Patrick William Lee, Daughter in law Mei Yu Lee, her Grandsons, Ryan Lee and Anthony Lee. She is also survived by her Sisters, Constance Chan, and Shirley Yuen. She is also survived by many other relatives.

Lucy raised Patrick after William passed in 1983. She was a loving mother who did everything she could for her son to have a good life. She just recently wrote to her son on his birthday, “May you have a better and brighter future, Mom”. Everyone called her “Mom”, from Mei Yu, to Ryan and Tony. She spent the last year helping Ryan with remote learning for first grade. She had great friends in Jeanne Ahee, Carol Brown, and Anne Newbold.

Lucy dedicated her life to her family. With William, she raised Patrick, and taught 3rd grade after graduating with a Masters Degree from the University of Arizona. When William passed away, she did her best to help her son Patrick get his Bachelors Degree at the University of Arizona. She was also best friends with Patrick. They would go to U of A football and Softball games. She welcomed Mei Yu into her family, and soon had the joys of her life Ryan and Tony. She spent time answering Ryan’s many questions, and loved Tony’s facial expressions. Her love for her family will last forever.
