April 5, 1923- January 16, 2014
After 90 wonderful years, we say goodbye to a great man. Born in Sonora, Mexico he was one of
ten siblings. He is preceded by his wife, Graciela F. Hurtado, his daughters Maria Guadalupe and Maria
de Los Angeles, his sons, Alberto, Antonio, Heriberto, Enrique (Pecas) and Gerardo (Jerry) Hurtado.
Survived by his sons: Manuel, George, Luis, Javier, Gilberto (Choro), and Adalberto (Tuky) Hurtado, and
his daughter, Graciela H. Celaya. Manuel is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren and twenty-nine
great grandchildren. He leaves behind an amazing collection of memories and stories that his family will
hold dear forever. Services will be provided by Funeraria del Angel South Lawn. The viewing will be held
between 5-9 pm on Thursday, January 23, 2014, the rosary will begin at 7 pm. Mass will be held on
Friday, January 24, 2014 at 11 am, at Sacred Heart Parish, he will be placed to rest at Soutn Lawn
Cemetery.
