Maria Olga Torres

Maria was born on May 30, 1948 in Tiger, AZ. She met and married Edward S. Torres on September 24, 1976. Maria worked and had a career in retail management. She also was a devoted member of the Missing in America Project. Her passions include but are not limited to gardening, cooking, and spending time with her beloved family.

Maria was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her funny sense of humor will forever be loved and cherished. She loved to joke with people she knew and loved.

She is preceded in death by her son Edward Torres Jr. and Maria Olga Torres Jr.; her parents Joseph M. and Guadalupe P. Smith; her brothers Delbert P., Joseph C., and Ronald G. Smith. Maria is survived by her loving husband Edward S. Torres; beloved children Marc Torres and Darlene Cordero; her brothers Anthony O., and Randy J. Smith and their spouses; grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.

Mass will be held at Santa Cruz Parish on the 12th of July at 10:00 AM followed by inurnment at South Lawn Cemetery at 11:30 AM.
