She is preceded in death by her daughter Patricia Verdugo, mother theodora Nevarez, and husband Frank C Valdez.
She is survived by Rosa Gomez(Roberto), Raul Veliz, Eva Diaz Sandy (Mario), Adelina, and Frank.
she leaves behind her 15 grandchildren and 8 Great- grandchildren.
A visitation for Maria will be held Thursday, January 16, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A morning visitation will occur Friday, January 17, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A graveside committal will occur Friday, January 17, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at South Lawn Cemetery, 5401 S Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706.
