Passed away at Oro Valley Hospital on March 7th 2022. Margie is predeceased by her husband of over 50 years, Donald Dodds. Margie is survived by her daughters Nancy Caber (Larry, deceased) and Donna Whitaker (Mark). She is also predeceased by her three sons, Jed, Keith, and Dean Dodds. Surviving wives of Jed (Camilla Dodds) Keith (Cindy Dodds). Margie came from honest, humble beginnings in Michigan and stayed honest and humble all her adult life in Tucson.
An avid reader her entire life, she was able to travel to the places she read about and only dreamed of as a child. She loved the classics and any story family based. The original healthy cook, she could take a jar of mustard, some oatmeal and pasta and come up with a delicious dinner and dessert for seven.
Fiercely independent, she was a feisty soul who could have invented #nofilter. She will be missed greatly by her children, Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren.
Services will be held at East Lawn Palms on April 8th at 2pm.
