Mary Pasternac passed away peacefully at Starfish Care Homes 4 days before her 99th Birthday.She was predeceased by her husband Bob ( The love of her life) , her mother & father & 2 brothers & and one sister . Mary was born in Canada and lived in Saskatchewan and Ontario until in the early 1960’s when Mary and Bob moved to Tucson , Arizona for health reasons and lived there till her passing. Bob was a great chef. They owned and operated restaurants in Saskatchewan, Ontario and Tucson. They were a team! In later years Mary took accounting and did taxes for people for several years which she loved.
Mary will be missed by nieces & nephews in Canada,US. & Italy. She will also be missed by great friends in Tucson and France.
We would like to thank the kind Staff & Management at Starfish Care Homes for their compassionate and tender care they gave Aunt Mary when family and friends could no longer visit or hold her hand after Covid hit.
Aunt Mary you will always be loved and cherished by your family and friends.You were always Strong, Determined and Loving and you will be in our hearts Forever! Rest my dear !
