Born on April 14, 1957 in Tucson, Arizona. She is preceded in death by her husband, Luis Encinias; parents, Mariano and Adela Rivera; and her brother Richard. Survived by her daughter, Veronica Encinias; sons, Michael Encinias and Edward Jimenez (Ermelinda) and beloved grandchildren: Esperanza, Mariano, Jayden, Alayna and Eliseo; sisters, MaryAnn, Diana and Rosalva; brothers, Johnny and Humberto; nieces, nephews, and extended family. We will always carry our precious memories in our hearts and miss her everyday.
Norma’s life will be celebrated by reciting a holy rosary at 10:00 a.m. with a mass immediately following at 10:30 a.m. on July 1, 2024 at her beloved St. Margaret’s Church, 801 N Grande, Tucson, Arizona. She will be taken to her final resting place at Holy Hope Cemetery, 3555 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, Arizona.
