

He attended public schools in Tucson, Arizona and graduated from Pueblo High School in 1967. On May 15, 1968 he enlisted in the Army and served in Vietnam. One of the many awards he received was the Army Commendation Medal, which is given for sustained acts of heroism or meritorious service. Upon completion of his military service, he was honorably discharged.
Orlice loved and supported his children Savannah and Kyhiu in all of their activities. He also enjoyed cooking for family Sunday dinners so that everyone could fellowship together.
Orlice also loved watching westerns, his favorite football team is the Dallas Cowboys. He had a passion for baseball, his favorite team is the LA Dodgers and he played on a city league for many years. He loved the UA football games.
He worked for many of the grocery chains such as GEMCO, Lucky and ABCO Foods. He worked for Coca-Cola for many years. He worked until he retired from Walmart.
Orlice accepted Christ as his personal savior at an early age as he grew up in Grace Temple. He has been an active member of the Usher Board and his kind/gentle soul will be missed.
Orlice was preceded in death by his wonderful wife, Zakiya Bryant-Williams, his mother, Theressa and his father, Orlice Williams Sr and Sister, Linda Dimps.
He leaves to cherish his memory, daughter, Savannah, son, Kyhiu; sister, Carolyn Green; brother, Maurice Williams (Sherry); nieces, LaTasha Robinson, Latrice Jordon; great-nieces Shawana Grigsby, Alexis Veney, Jacquelyn Green, Tierra Watson, LaAsia Robinson and Layla Robinson; nephews, John Green, Brandon Williams (also his Godson); great-nephews, JaJuan Green, Josiah Green, Alexander Grigsby and Adrian along with a host of family and friends.
A funeral service for Orlice will be held Friday, March 25, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Grace Temple Missionary, 1019 E 31 Street, Tucson, AZ 85713. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, March 29, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Arizona Veterans Memorial cemetery, 15950 N Luckett Rd., Marana, AZ 85653.
