Phillip “Dennis” Ramsay, born December 1, 1941 in Kingman, Kansas, died peacefully at home in Tucson, AZ. on June 4, 2018. Survived by his wife, Barbara Ramsay (53 years); children, Reina Schmid (Steve), Rychelle Ramsay and Ryan Ramsay; grandchildren, Ashley Bail (Matt), Brandon Schmid, Hayleigh Monaghan and Kaytie Mora; great-grandchild, Delanie Bail; siblings, a brother and sister. Pre-deceased by granddaughter, Valissa Schmid. Dennis grew up in Zenith, Kansas and graduated Stafford High School where he was class president. Bachelor of Science from the Eller College, U of A. Retired after 37 years with the Arizona State Department of Revenue. Services will be held at East Lawn Palms Mortuary at 5801 E. Grant Road at 9:30am on Friday, June 8, 2018.
