Phyllis was born in Columbus, Ohio to Perry and Bessie McLaughlin.
Beloved wife of the late John E. Roach. Much loved mother of Pamela, Karen “Dee” (Frank), Michael, John “JR” (Yolanda). Cherished Nana of Richard (Erin), Reyna (Jad), Marissa (Bobby), Taylor, Teagan and Clayton. Dear sister of Perry McLaughlin.
Phyllis enjoyed her many friends and fun times as an active member in the Society of Military Widows, Red Hat Society, The Elks and The Moose Lodges. Phyllis gave generously to many charity organizations throughout Tucson.
There will be a small private service for family members only.
