Rex Leslie SMITH, age 64, of Tucson, Arizona passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021. Rex was born May 28, 1957 in Heber Springs, Arkansas to Robbie Smith and Raymond Smith.

Rex is survived by his son Corwin Smith; and his daughter Amber Rose Smith; his grandchild Bruce.

Rex was preceded in death by his son Jerry Ray Smith; his father Raymond Smith and his mother Robbie Smith.
