Ricky Player Manning was born August 7, 1960

to the late Bennie Joe Player and present Mary Lue Henry

In Shreveport, Louisiana.

Ricky Player Manning was united by one son (Ricky Player Manning Jr) and three daughters that were born, Jamie Glavocich, Jeneayi Manning Qualls, and Larnell Sims and ten grandchildren.

He accepted Christ at an early age at the Church of God and Christ in Bradley, Arkansas.

His favorite past time was playing basketball and football. As a young man Ricky really enjoyed spending time with his brother Dennis while they where growing up together and attending high school. After years past, Ricky was united with three Younger brothers Willie, Darrell and Sean. In December of 1997 Ricky and his brother Willie had a dream to open a clothing urban store in which turned out to be a great success story, the company was called Nu fashions and he really enjoyed the work of retail and traveling as a buyer to supply his store. Around this time he met his girl friend, Rosie Gutierrez, who stood by his side. They loved each other very much and shared eight wonderful years together.

Ricky was a loving and caring person and will be deeply missed by all. He leaves behind four children: Ricky Player Manning Jr of Tucson, Jamie Glavocich of Tucson, Jeneayi Manning Qualls of Tucson, and Larnell Sims of Tucson. In addition he also leaves behind 10 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
