Sarah Paz Maldonado 89, passed away on August 10, 2012. She was born to Antonio and Guadalupe Paz on August 6, 1923 and is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joe; her siblings, Gilibaldo, Amelia and Manuel; granddaughter, Kimberly Sarah and great-grandson, Jason. Sarah is survived by her three sisters, Helen, Mary and Antonia; her four children and their spouses, Joe R. Jr. and Toni, Larry and Pam, Sandra and John and Robert and Diana; her 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Mom, you were a beautiful and always loving mother. You were a creation fashioned in the heart of God, designed by His loving hand and given to our family as His precious gift. Thank you for all you've done, thank you for your prayers, your counsel, your example and every moment you've unselfishly given to our family. We will continue to hold you in our hearts and temper our sorrow with the memory of your love. Viewing and Rosary to be held Thursday, August 16, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at FUNERARIA DEL ANGEL, 7 E. University Blvd., Tucson. Mass will be held on Friday, August 17, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Santa Cruz Church, 1220 S. 6th Ave.
