Mr. Stephen Walter Webster, age 82, of Tucson Arizona, passed away Saturday morning, August 2, 2025, at his residence. He was born December 23, 1942, in Kansas City, Missouri, a son of the late George Stephen Webster and Helen Maxine Smith.
Stephen is survived by four sons, Christopher Webster, John Webster, Steve Webster and Tim Webster; one daughter, Michelle Webster; four grandchildren, Iwalani Rodriguez, Michael Webster-Leyva, LesLee McAllister and Grace Webster; two sisters, Georgia Stone and Gail Campbell.
Stephen had quite a resume as he always said he was a worker. He started out on the families traveling carnival where he ran the miniature riding train. He then moved on to work as a production worker, tool and die maker, a machinist, a maintenance mechanic, a manager and was the maintenance worker for the apartment building he lived in until his passing. His hobbies were model railroading, model airplane building and flying and also ran a small car club for working on and customizing cars. He was a walking encyclopedia on older model cars. Someone could point out an old car and he knew the make, model and year at a glance. One of his favorite hobbies was to write paperback novels with hopes of one day getting them published.
