Sheaffer, granddaughter Danielle Ingold, and 6 great grandchildren: Kayla, Ava, Olivia, Levi, Audrey,
Liam. His sisters Bertha Kennedy of Los Gatos Calif., Dorothy Del Nero of Green Valley Az.,

Grandson Stephen T Sheaffer, his brothers David Sheaffer and Jack Sheaffer, and his sisters Lucille
Young and Sarah Sheaffer. During the Depression, Steve and his family moved to Amado Az. on
a little ranch. As the kids became of age, they moved to Tucson and attended Tucson High school.
Steve joined the army in 1947. He then joined the Army Reserve for 10 years and active duty for 20. Tours overseas included: Vietnam, Korea, Germany, Thailand, Ethiopia, etc. Steve got his private pilot license while in the army. After retirement, he attended Cochise college and enrolled in the aviation program. He loved country music, astronomy, and flying. Steve had a unending love for his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He seemed to have a special gift to be friends with most people. Steve gave his life to Jesus while attending First Baptist Church in Tucson and confirmed his trust in Christ in his latter years. I told my dad while in ICU at the hospital he was going to wake up in the morning. I gave him 3 choices: to wake up in the hospital room, wake up at home, or wake up in heaven. I guess he chose heaven.
Thank you Dad, Grandpa, Great Grandpa for blessing us with your unending love.
