Tim was born May 1, 1955 in Madera County, CA son of the late Frank and Mary Meyer. Born into a military family, Tim moved often as a child. After high school, Tim worked in various trades, one of which led him to meet his wife Roxanne Baker. They married in 1982.
He was an outdoors man who enjoyed camping and fishing. Tim had a green thumb and was tireless in cultivating his property. He was a fan of NASCAR racing, professional wrestling, football, music and he loved to travel on vacations. He found much enjoyment in having his pet dogs and cats.
Tim is survived by his loving wife Roxanne and his beloved children: Nicole and Leigh; His son in law James, husband to Nicole; his loving sisters Cynthia Bess and Linda Allen; his aunt Doreen Zent and many cousins; numerous nieces and nephews; grandnieces and nephews; extended family and many cherished friends.
Family and friends will be received Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 3p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel, 7 East University Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85705. Reception to follow the service.
