On January 4, 2021 Viola Miller Rogers passed away peacefully surrounded by her children in Tucson, Arizona. She was 91. She was born on a farm in Harrisburg, PA as the youngest daughter of nine children to Arthur and Margaret Steffen. She is survived by her three children, Nancy, Thomas and Debra and one younger brother, Bobby. She leaves behind five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
She is proceeded in death by her first husband of 46 years, William Miller, who passed in 1993. She was remarried to Walter Rogers for 20 years before he passed in 2015. She is also proceeded in death by three sisters and four brothers.
Viola was a devoted mother and grandmother, and loved spending time with her great grandchildren. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, red wine and reading. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
