Virginia P Perez, 78, passed away on May 15, 2026. Born on February 13, 1948, Virginia will be remembered with deep respect and enduring affection by all who knew her. A beloved and cherished presence, she carried herself with quiet bravery and a gentle steadiness that brought comfort to others. Her compassion and kind-hearted nature were evident in the thoughtful ways she showed care, and her warm sense of humor could brighten even ordinary moments.

Virginia found joy in art and music, and she loved dancing—simple pleasures that reflected her tender spirit and appreciation for beauty. She also enjoyed visiting Botanical Gardens and traveling to Tombstone, and she especially loved horses, drawn to their grace and strength.

Virginia’s faith and community ties were an important part of her life, including her connection to Santa cruz church Tucson, Az.

Virginia was proceeded in death by her parents: Carmela and Enrique Perez; and her siblings: Anita Vindiola, Gilbert Perez, Maria Cardenas, Anna Stevens, Jimmy Perez, Henry Perez, Lucy Cabrales, Leo Perez. She is survived by her siblings: Rosa Huerta, Esther Leon, Theresa Perez and Tomas Perez.

Services will be held on June 2, 2026, at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. Visitation will take place from 7:00 am to 8:30 am, followed by the Rosary from 8:30 am to 9:00 am.

A service will be held at Santa Cruz church , 1220 S 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

Committal Service will follow at SOUTH LAWN CEMETERY, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.

A Reception will be held at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706, from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm.
