Xavier Chavez 49, passed away on October 15, 2011. Survived by wife Trini; son, Javier (Angelica); daughters, Isela and Erika; mother, Ana Chavez and six grand kids. A Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at FUNERARIA DEL ANGEL SOUTH LAWN. Mass will be held at St. Augustine on Monday, October 24, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at South Lawn Cemetery.
