Betty is survived by her daughter’s; Elizabeth Apley(Tim Apley), Karin Marvin Muhlenbruch(Russell Rowe) and Lena Mosley(Cletis Adkins), brother Dannis Tackett(Jennifer Tackett) and six grandchildren, Kyle Apley, Briahna Simmons, Shadd Muhlenbruch, Kiara Rose Salowski, Shawn Risner and Maionna Sanchez.

She was predeceased by her husband Edgar, Father Harry Allan Tackett and Mother Aileen Tackett Layne, Stepfather Delmar Layne, grandson Kody Douglas Allan Kellogg, sister Patrica Diamond and daughter Amanda Reynolds.

Betty was born in McDowell, Kentucky. Where she lived for her first 18 years, then moved to Joliet, Il. Until 1985 when she moved to WA. where she called home. Betty was a homemaker and was activity involved in her grandchildren’s very busy lives, volunteering at their school events, cheering them on at sporting events and doing anything else they needed from her. She was definitely the star in her families lives.

A viewing and visitation for Betty will be held Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM at Mills and Mills Funeral Home, 5725 Little Rock Rd. SW, Tumwater, Washington 98512. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Mills & Mills Memorial Park, 5725 Litterock Rd SW, Tumwater, Washington 98512.
