

Christina “Chris” Ruepong was born Christina Watts at Fort Defiance, Arizona on April 21, 1976 to Norma and Francisco Watts. She passed away at Virginia Mason Hospital on January 4th, 2024 after a sudden decline in her health. Chris would have turned 48 this year.
Chris is survived by her loving husband Daniel Ruepong, their wonderful sons Andrew and Andre and daughter Andrea, her father Francisco, her sister Albertina, brothers Nathan and Adrian, her dogs Buttons and Samuel and many loyal friends and extended family members.
Chris joined the U.S. Army in August 2002 where she met her life partner while both stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. They officiated their marital commitments on November 13, 2003. Chris was honorably discharged from the army in August of 2004 due to medical reasons.
She was a loyal military wife and moved around the country quite a bit due to her husband’s duties. She was a devoted mother to all her three children and children of friends and family members. Chris loved dogs, drawing, crafts, and gardening.
She loved to take care of people that even in her last hours, as an organ donor, she “gifted” three of her main organs to unknown recipients. Chris lived a life devoted to taking care of her loved ones and those that needed her help.
Funeral services for Christina Ruepong will be held at the Mills & Mills Funeral Home and Memorial Park on January 13, 2024 at 10am to 4pm.
