Dona Jean Wolfe, 65, of Olympia died on March 25, 2010, at Harborview hospital in Seattle. Dona was a boating program manager at State Parks & Recreation, and had just started her own business as a counselor. She was an avid kite flyer and former president of the Olympia Amateur Radio Society. She also served as a Red Cross shelter manager for 3 years. She was a torchbearer at the 1960 Squaw Valley Olympics.
Dona is survived by her husband, Tom Wolfe; children William and Tracie Rickert; seven grandchildren; and one great granddaughter.
A memorial service will be held for Dona on April 3, at 2:00p.m. at the Mills & Mills Funeral home in Tumwater.
