Maria loved to watch TV game shows, action movies, Philippine news/movies, some sports like basketball and football.
She loved to go to the beach with granddaughter Clarisse and family when they have the chance. In her younger years when she was in San Diego, CA, she used to attend the senior citizens' gatherings/dances every Saturday and used to attend church on Sundays. Maria wanted to go back home to the Philippines but the pandemic prevented her from doing so.
Maria is survived by her daughter Susan Alegre Rostrata; her daughter Brenda Alegre Potthoff; her son Eduardo Alegre; her son Ethelbert Alegre; her daughter Jackie Alegre Asuelo; her son Ferdinand Alegre; and her daughter Marites Alegre.
Maria was preceded in death by her husband Jovedencio Alegre; her brother Gregorio Reguindin and her brother Arturo Reguindin.
Maria Reguindin Alegre also leaves 18 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren
A viewing and visitation for Maria will be held Friday, May 13, 2022 at 9:00 AM at Mills & Mills Funeral Home, 5725 Littlerock Rd SW, Tumwater, Washington 98512. A funeral service will occur Friday, May 13, 2022 at 1:00 PM, 5725 Littlerock Rd SW, Tumwater, Washington 98512. A graveside commital will occur Friday, May 13, 2022 at 2:00 PM.
