Mike had an active and amazing life. He had so many interests and activities that he enjoyed. He loved the outdoors - hunting, fishing, camping, primitive living, tracking, and just enjoying being in nature. A favorite memory is him stopping by the family home late morning after fishing and hiking - ripped pants, mud everywhere. Then in the early evening stopping by on his way to the symphony in Seattle, impeccible in evening attire.
He did love his sports - his favorites being Michigan and the Celtics. And with his love of competition, he would never hesitate to participate in many things - golf, boxing, pool, wrestling, football, darts, fishing tournaments.
As no surprise to all who knew him, he loved America and the US military.
He is survived by: His father and mother - Michael and Joanna Jones. His sister and brother-in-law - Marissa and Jamael Stewart. And his beloved niece and nephew - Jordin and Justin Stewart. In addition, he is survived by a multitude of treasured family and friends.
It was Mike's choice to have no funeral or services. He wants his friends and family to do the activities that they so enjoyed together and to smile and remember the fun times.
