

Ray was born in San Francisco, California on May 10, 1937 to his parents, Ernest Roiz and Ada Jerome. He was stationed in Grand Forks, North Dakota where he eventually met and married his wife Karen. They were married 54 years.
He retired in 1975 from the Air Force after 20 years of service. Ray was very proud of his military service and enjoyed meeting his old Air force buddies each summer. The Masonic Lodge was another part of his life that he enjoyed. He served as Grand Master of Corinthian Lodge # 38, Puyallup Washington in 1988. In 2003, after 16 years as an Airplane Mechanic Ray retired from The Boeing Company.
Some of the things he really enjoyed doing included, Fishing, Hunting, Model Trains and Airplanes.
Ray is survived by his wife Karen, Daughter, Lori Jester, Son, Scott Jester (Carla), 2 Grandsons, Keith Jester, and Daniel (Sami) Jester.
He was a loving Husband, Father, and Grandfather, and was loved dearly by his family and all who knew him.
