Ted is proceeded in death by his Father Charles H. Lewallen, Mother Shirley J. Hannah, and Brother Charles B. Lewallen. Ted is survived in life by his wife Sylvia S. Lewallen, Son Teddy L. Lewallen Jr. (Wife Mary Lewallen), Daughter Renee’ M. Lewallen, and Sister Melanie Colombo (Husband Jim), and Ted’s Grand Daughters, Jessica L. Lewallen (Husband Andy Mosley), and Amanda E. Lewallen (Jesse Katz).
Ted was proud of his 20 years of service in the U.S. Air Force but very rarely bragged about it. He was stationed at various Air Bases throughout the western U.S. He also traveled to places throughout the world like Japan, Korea, Thailand, Australia, The Philippines, and other locations throughout the pacific.
Ted had a dry sense humor. He loved the humor of Cary Grant Movies and the Bob Hope U.S.O. Tour’s for the Military troupes throughout the world.
Ted unlike most men, would read the directions before assembling anything and then before assembly would break all the parts out to check and make sure that all the parts were included in the packaging.
Ted loved showing visiting Family members no matter where he lived, the sights and country side.
Ted will be missed by all.
