Theresa Louise Wulff

Theresa Louise Wulff (Kelley), age 69, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2025, in Olympia, Washington, after a very short battle with cancer. Born July 23, 1955, to Patrick and Mary Kelley in Wilbur, Wa.

Theresa and her 5 siblings were raised on the family farm outside of Hartline, Wa. Theresa graduated from Hartline High School in 1973; she then went on to study at Eastern Washington University. While attending college in 1974, Theresa met Daniel Wulff while riding bikes. On May 29, 1976, Theresa married Daniel Wulff in Spokane, Wa. Together, they raised their two children, Jennifer and Derrick. Theresa and her family continued living in Spokane until the move in 1988 to Olympia, Wa.

Theresa was employed with Capital Region ESD 113 in 1989 and retired from the ESD on June 28, 2024. Theresa was looking forward to retiring; she wanted to spend more time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Theresa lived in the Olympia/Tumwater area the remainder of her life.

Theresa was courageous, inspirational, kind, loving, full of joy, and a ball of fire that showed us no matter how hard the times got, if we put our minds to it, we could accomplish anything. Despite her many challenges in life, she lived her life to the fullest. Her greatest joys in life were the gifts of being a mother and a grandmother.

Although Theresa is gone, she will live in our hearts forever.

Theresa is survived by her two children: son Derrick (Robin) Wuff, daughter Jennifer (Aaron) Noser; 4 grandchildren and former husband Daniel Wulff. Theresa also leaves behind her brother Wes Kelley, his wife Traci, sister Patsy Tanneberg, her husband Doug, and sister Martha Kelley, as well as nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Pat and Mary Kelly, brothers, Ed Kelley and Rick Kelley.

The family is in the process of arranging a Celebration of Life Ceremony for Theresa and will announce the details soon.
