

Vicki was born in Decatur, IL to Gerald and Gloria Ryan. She grew up in Decatur and graduated from Eisenhower High School in 1974. She met and married Stephen Sprague, and they started the family she always wanted. Throughout the years, she attended and enjoyed fellowship at Decatur Baptist Temple, Grace Baptist Church, and Maranatha Assembly of God. After moving to the State of Washington in 1998, she began a 20+ year career working for the State at various agencies. Over the years, she met wonderful people and created valuable relationships. She loved spending time with family, coloring, and enjoying nature at Tumwater Falls Park.
Vicki was preceded in death by her father, Gerald Ryan; and granddog, Gideon Sprague. She is survived by her mother, Gloria Brinkman; daughters, Kelly Sprague and Lindsey Force (Blake); son, Stephen Sprague II (Marisa); granddaughters, Cierra Beard, Caitlin Beard, Hannah Beard, Cheyanne Henderson, and Jazmin Henderson; grandsons, Blake Force Jr. and Antonio Carvajal-Sprague; granddog, Gus Sprague; great granddaughter, Amira Alorabi; sister, Robin Miller; brother Jerry Wayne Ryan; partner, Jack Potter; ex-husband, Steve Sprague; lifelong friend, Bill Manion; along with countless other friends and loved ones.
Vicki is gone far too soon and will be greatly missed. There will be a celebration of life on Friday, November 1st, 4:00 pm, at the Stanley Security building, 4500 3rd Avenue S.E., Lacey, WA 98503. An additional gathering will be held in Illinois on a future date for her Illinois friends and family.
