He will be missed by his son Bill Jr, daughter Rhonda, daughter in law Misty, grandsons Billy & Chris, granddaughter Ashley, 9 step grandchildren Nicole, Patrick & Jayson, 2 in PA & 4 in CA, sisters Ilene Surber & Annetta Dillon of IN, step daughters RoJean Head & Jaci Cuddy of CA & Robin Trellis of PA, former wife Donna Gammel, beloved cat Charlie. He was preceded in death by his wife JoAnne, his parents & 4 siblings.
He retired from Olympia Brewery in 1994. He served 2 years in the Army at Fort Lewis 1953-1955. He was a life member of AmVets in which he was an active member.
Grave side services will be held at Mills & Mills Garden of Peace on May 20, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Reception will follow at Bill's home.
The family wants to thank Dr. Rafferty for his constant concern for Dad as well as the staff at Sequoia Assisted Living.
